Pain & Stress Relief

Many of us don't fully comprehend the amount of stress we suffer with our modern lifestyles, and we also don't realize the effect this has on our health. Yoga Time Warrior is based on the concept of meditation in movement, it calms the nervous system allowing you to move with a little more freedom, in the body and the mind, assisting with pain relief at the same time. This is a critical element to someone suffering chronic health issues, our nervous system is at the center of all our bodily functions.

Tension Release Series

This is a range of free classes grouped in different levels specifically targeted to pain & tension relief. These begin with primarily laying down or seated movement to suit those who find standing makes them light headed, the challenge of standing movements is added very gradually.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

I've become really frustrated with the vast array of expensive programs touted as cures to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. As a result I offer loads of free information on my journey with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, along with a range of appropriate free online yoga classes. With a condition like this medical support is very limited, despite it gaining a lot of traction due to the rise of Long Covid.
